Limitless

Limitless is a paranoid thriller mixed with pseudo-neuro-science fiction directed by Neil Burger.

Unshaven and unfocused, living in a grungy Chinatown apartment and frequenting bars for inspiration, a writer (Eddie Morra portrayed by Bradley Cooper) chances upon an experimental drug known only as NZT. It is a designer pharmaceutical that enables someone to unlock the full potential of their brain, increasing focus, observation, analysis and confidence. What he is capable of achieving with the new drug is virtually limitless.

His life is transformed by the effects of the drug, he evolves into a perfect version of himself. As Eddie deals with his new found success and fame, he stumbles onto the ugly truth of the drug’s fatal side-effects, attracting some unwanted attention and powerful, ruthless enemies in the process.
